Fifteen official help categories, five articles that carry a batch

CSSBuy's help centre sidebar runs ten Help Center categories and five more under Questions (read 2026-10-10). Help articles are served without a login - unlike the product search - which makes them the one official surface a batch owner can verify from outside. Five articles carry nearly everything this site leans on: 12 for the fee formula, 13 and 15 for order creation and the cart, 46 for freight combining, 115 for fee timing, 134 for volume weight.

Read them in that order and you have reconstructed the batch guide from primary sources, which is precisely the audit this site invites.

A glossary in their words, translated to batch terms

The user centre menu is the vocabulary list: Personal Center, Order with Warehouse and My Parcels beneath it, My Favorite, Browsing History, Wallet, Coupon, Points, Settings, My Reviews (menu read 2026-10-10). The table translates the terms a batch actually touches.

Questions that come back on every batch

The frequently asked six, each answered from a dated official page.

Can thirty links go in at once?

Orders are created one link at a time - pasted on the Shopping page or built by the Express function - but they stack in My Shopping Cart, and that is where batching happens: select one seller's set and submit it together so help 46's freight combining applies (their help 13, 15 and 46, read 2026-10-11).

Do Yupoo or WeChat links paste straight in?

No. Album and chat sellers go through the Expert Buy form: an image link for the product picture plus hand-typed price, domestic freight, quantity and remarks. The operator's own note adds that WeChat, Yupoo and Weidian sellers carry no buyer protection.

When does the service charge come out?

At the ship step, not at submission: help 115 says the fee is charged when arrived items are submitted to ship. The formula itself sits in help 12, applied to product price plus China freight (both read 2026-10-10).

How long can items wait in the warehouse?

90 days free from the In Warehouse status for orders, 30 days for parcels, down from 180 days effective 2024-06-01 per the operator's storage policy (read 2026-10-10).

What about a listing that needs a question answered first?

Contact Seller relays it to the shop: describe the product, attach up to three reference images, and expect the answer within one to two business days (their page, read 2026-10-11). Fire questions early so slow answers stop blocking fast links.

Does CSSBuy buy from a store that is not on its list?

Help 119 says yes for sites like jd.com, mi.com and vip.com and beyond: place the order the 1688 way, and put the real price, freight, colour and size in the note box. Off-list links cost you typing, not rejection.

Anything these six do not cover goes to the operator through its own channels: order enquiries through My Order, parcel enquiries through My Parcel, live chat staffed 9am to 6pm, or [email protected] (their Contact page, read 2026-10-10).

Four contact cards: Order Enquiry via My Order, Parcel Enquiry via My Parcel, Online Customer Service with live chat from nine to six, and an email address
